We were over the moon with the turnout at the launch concert for our new album "Flight" at Union Chapel on 10th March. Thank you to everyone who came out in such large numbers to fill the seats in one of the most beautiful venues in London.
Here is a video of us performing Ian Watson's Peace (thank you to Daylight Music for the production):
We couldn't be happier about the event and would like to extend a special thank you to the Daylight Music team, Chris T-T and RS Night Dance Fantasy. Here is our official album release video by Raphael Neal, which was filmed at Union Chapel:
Our next UK concert will be at Diorama Arts Centre in London on 3rd September. We hope to see you there!

I was very pleased to come across your two podcasts today. Well done, Sam Cullen. I liked the way each opened with that extract of the orchestra at full blast. This makes a good opening impression... maybe retain it as your signature tune? Or something similar.... when you all play tutti frutti, the sound is unique!
I was also very pleased that I could get these podcasts without installing any Apple bloatware (I-Tunes). Simply by googling the actual titles, I found them both at something called Player FM, and was able to listen live or download them.
***New LAO Podcast***
In the 2nd of our podcasts roving reporter Sam Cullen talks to LAO players during our recent tour of Slovenia and plays clips from the concert. He also looks into the history of the accordion in the region. It's all free, make sure you subscribe via the link so you never miss an episode!
The orchestra flew home from Slovenia last night after an unforgettable weekend. The concert in the Philharmonic Hall, Ljubljana, was spectacular and warmly received by a very enthusiastic audience. We were joined on stage by percussion ensemble Slovenski Tolkalni Projekt, a fantastic group of musicians who we are pleased to say will be joining us in London for a joint concert in Spring 2019. Thanks to the British Embassy Ljubljana and the Embassy of Slovenia, London for their help and support. Also thanks to Dejan Tamše and Valentina Rupel for helping to organise the tour. Slovenia is such a beautiful country, we hope to be able to return one day!
